Founder's Welcome Message attune
I am pleased to welcome you to attune. For the past 9 years I have been a secondary school teacher. I just finished a PhD in Education in Spain, and prior to that I studied a Master in Public Policy at Harvard University and a Bachelor degree in Economics in Mexico. From those experiences, I acquired a deep understanding of the importance of having a strong sense of common purpose in schools.
Schools with diverse faculty benefit from fostering a shared understanding of core values. Research suggests that collaboration among teachers not only generates new knowledge but also facilitates the translation of those values into effective practices. Through open dialogue, this collaborative process can even lead to a positive transformation of individual attitudes and values, ultimately promoting a unified school culture.
I look forward to working in a collaborative mode to fulfill the values of your school. We are a Teacher Professional Development (PD) Creator and Provider recognized for its innovative workshops and analytics to help guide teachers and schools towards fulfilling school’s core values.

With a clear vision as their destination, schools need a map to navigate the journey. attune's analytics empower schools to co-create that map with their teachers. With the values workshops, attune fosters a culture of teachers innovation and collaboration and together they create action plans to help drive the school towards the values it holds. From the action plans envisioned by teachers in the values workshops, attune develops a roadmap outlining the actions teachers need to achieve the school goals. By putting the action plan into action, the school can allocate resources effectively to achieve the values it stands for.
